SECTION 1 – EMAIL & SMS COMMUNICATIONS

We acquired the Survival Dispatch assets (August 2022) from Survival Dispatch Inc., which was owned by Big Daddy Enterprises. We have no legal or financial ties to Big Daddy Enterprises. However, when we acquired the Survival Dispatch assets it included email and phone lists with the specific time and IP addresses consent was given by said contacts. If you no longer wish to receive email or SMS messages there is an unsubscribe link included in each message.

SECTION 2 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 21 – REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
Unless your item is defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If we issue a refund for a non-defective item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
